Shipping Policies
For your convenience, all of our online product pricing includes shipping within the continental United States.
To order large quantities of cookies online (in excess of 200 cookies) please contact us to see if we can find better pricing for you.
If you would like to request a specific delivery date or have delivery notes, you can add your request in the "Comments" section of the checkout process and we will do all we can to honor your request. If you prefer, you can also inquire whether or not we can accommodate your needs by contacting us at 855.557.8838.
Please note: Rush orders may incur additional charges. Shipping is available throughout the United States and Canada. If ordering cookies outside of North America, please contact us.
Some things to keep in mind when buying cookies online...
Incomplete Address Charge
FedEx charges an additional $11 for an incorrect or incomplete address. This means that if an address is a “street, avenue, place, drive, lane, etc.” you MUST include that as part of the address. We will charge customers the $11 that FedEx charges us for address corrections.
Phone Numbers
Phone numbers are required for all orders
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure to include apartment number or suite number on all orders. If we put an incorrect address on the package, we will either refund your costs or ship a new package to the recipient at no charge to you. FedEx charges an $11 fee for an address correction. If you call the day an order has been shipped, we can change the address of the package that is in transit for an $11 charge, with the package going to the corrected address without delay.
Packaging
Cookies are pre-packed in 10 count boxes and 120 count boxes. You can mix and match cookie flavors if desired.
