How can I save the cookies for later and for how long?
Cookies can be frozen in their original packaging up to 4 months. When ready to eat, you can leave them out to thaw.
Can I warm up the cookies?
You can warm them in a microwave for 10 seconds or at 300 degrees in a conventional oven for 45-60 seconds. As microwave ovens and conventional ovens may vary, please use caution when heating the cookies as the inside filling may be HOT.
How long will your cookies stay fresh?
Cookies are best eaten when received, however, if you would like to keep them longer they can be frozen in their original packaging.
What if I have allergies?
Only our Fudge Brownie Cookie Stuft with Peanut Butter & Pretzels has nuts, however, all of our cookies are made on shared equipment that may contain traces of tree nuts. Our Chocolate Chip Cookie Stuft with Fudge Brownie does contain soy which may not be suitable for people with soy allergies. Also our cookies contain wheat, flour, eggs, and milk which may not be suitable for people with gluten and dairy allergies.
How do you ship your cookies?
Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we ship Priority Overnight or 2nd day.
Can you take custom orders for events, parties and special occasions?

What are your custom label artwork specifications?
There is a one-time set up fee per custom label. For best printing results, please follow these guidelines when sending us your logo or artwork:
- File format can be JPG, PDF, EPS
- High resolution (200-300dpi) for bitmap files such as JPG's look best
- We print on white, 2.5" diameter round label stock. We can format your artwork or logo to fit if necessary
- Please limit the file size to no more than 10MB
